A Bonterra Apricot Case Study
HIPPY Canada is an evidence-based home-visiting program that helps at-risk mothers prepare their preschool children for school across 20 sites nationwide. Although the organization had strong program research, its legacy data systems only captured demographics and outputs, with disjointed site reporting and little actionable insight into participant outcomes.
To address this, HIPPY Canada implemented Social Solutions’ ETO® software and developed a national Performance Management Program (PMP) with pilot-site input, a logic model, customized tools, and staff training. The result was timely, complete data tied to outcomes, stronger staff buy-in, richer reporting and service adjustments, and demonstrated impact that helped secure continued government funding and set the organization up to expand PMP and alumni tracking.
