Henkels & McCoy is a national leader in workforce development with over 31 years of experience delivering training through more than 125 local Workforce Investment Boards. Faced with the complexity of tracking recruitment, enrollment, attendance, placements, budgets and staff time across multiple projects—and the need to report both mandated metrics and richer qualitative outcomes—they needed a single, real-time system to manage performance, improve communication, and demonstrate the impact of their investments.
They implemented the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) platform to serve as both a case-management and project-management tool. ETO enabled real-time attendance alerts, application and eligibility tracking, staff time and inventory management, and custom reporting for quantitative and qualitative outcomes. The result was faster client processing (saving about 30 minutes per certification/enrollment), improved transparency and communication, better forecasting and adaptive program strategies, and a leaner, more accountable operation that can show measurable results to WIB partners.
