Citysquare Tells a Holistic, Multiprogram Story of Impact and Growth With Personalized Data

CitySquare is a Dallas-based nonprofit that fights the causes and effects of poverty through 22 programs—housing, health, hunger and job training—serving over 57,000 neighbors. Faced with siloed intake and reporting across programs, the organization struggled to present a unified, outcomes-driven story for funders, partners and internal decision-makers.

Partnering with Social Solutions, CitySquare implemented the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) case management platform, migrating all programs onto a single system within six months and training 100+ users. Centralized, standardized data and program logic models enabled holistic analysis, Neighbor Quarterly Assessments, cross-program referrals and clearer funder reporting—resulting in improved client outcomes, stronger storytelling of impact, and easier access to grant funding.
