Bulldog Mindset, run by founder John, is a membership site that coaches men on mindset, fitness and finances and builds a supportive community. Despite steady growth, conversions had stalled at roughly 6%, so John turned to Bonjoro to test personal video emails as a way to build stronger, more authentic connections with prospects.
Using Bonjoro personal video messages to welcome engaged quiz respondents and invite new members into the Bulldog Facebook community, John ran a 50/50 test versus standard text emails over several months and hundreds of leads. The Bonjoro cohort converted at just over 16% versus ~6.5% for text emails, doubled conversion rates among active leads, and produced higher engagement and community participation — a clear, measurable lift attributable to Bonjoro.
