Luxe Fitness, founded by Jeremy Ullrich to offer online fitness classes and build a community around women’s health, wanted to lift trial-to-paid conversions beyond a 41.59% baseline and create a more personal onboarding experience. To do this they turned to Bonjoro and its personal video email product to welcome new trial members and drive them directly to course content.
By adding Bonjoro welcome videos (while keeping existing emails and workflows) and leveraging features like resend workflows and integrations with Klaviyo/Zapier, Luxe Fitness saw trial conversion jump from 41.59% to 70.21% in one month — a +28.62 percentage-point (≈ +68.8% relative) increase, translating to thousands of dollars in additional monthly revenue and strong positive customer feedback. Bonjoro’s videos and CTAs (e.g., “Start My Classes”) boosted engagement and repeatable onboarding that the team can scale.
