Verallia Deploys 16 Common Administrative Processes in 5 Languages Across 8 Countries

Verallia, the third‑largest global glass packaging producer, needed to roll out a new set of common administrative applications across subsidiaries in 8 countries, supporting 5 languages and mobile‑first, responsive UIs. The project required replacing varied local workflow tools and integrating with core systems including SAP, Salesforce, PDH (Osisoft), QlikView and Talend ESB. Verallia engaged Bonitasoft and used Bonita BPM to meet these multi‑country, multi‑system and multi‑device requirements.

Bonitasoft implemented Bonita BPM to model and deploy 16 common administrative processes (HR and Finance workflows such as user creation, travel requests, requisitions and purchase orders) across 8 countries in 5 languages, connecting to SAP and other applications. The result was a single, unified solution company‑wide that is faster and less expensive to develop than ABAP workflows, enables agile development and rapid deployment, and simplified the IT landscape—Verallia reports quicker development (first app deployed in under 20 minutes) and successful adoption across subsidiaries.
