A Bonitasoft Case Study
Trentino Network, the public company that manages telecommunications and radio networks in the province of Trento and provides services to public administrations and telecom operators, sought a BPM solution to better monitor and measure the quality of its service and infrastructure delivery. Working with consulting partner Pensare I.T., Trentino Network evaluated several BPMS tools and selected Bonitasoft’s Bonita solution as the best fit for cost and functionality.
Bonitasoft implemented a phased Bonita deployment: Phase 1 focused on service delivery monitoring and Phase 2 expanded coverage to service assurance and change management while integrating the BPM interface with OSS/BSS to increase automation. Pensare I.T. and Bonitasoft helped define KPIs and collect baseline data on process durations and activity delays; Bonitasoft’s solution was also the least expensive option in a 3-year simulation, delivering improved monitoring, measurable KPI baselines, and greater automation of operational processes.
