This public agency has transformed and digitized its processes to improve client services

CAFAT, the public social security fund in New Caledonia serving about 260,000 beneficiaries, needed to modernize and digitize its legacy IT and business processes while retaining control of its business data and existing development stacks. To address these challenges the organization selected the Bonitasoft Bonita platform, pursuing a continuous improvement/BPM approach that would allow it to keep data in Postgres and DB2 and continue using Java and Angular for new services.

Using the Bonitasoft Bonita platform (upgraded to Bonita 7.7 and with a migration to 7.11 underway), CAFAT implemented a REST-compatible architecture, connectors and decentralized Git version control to enable better collaboration, task delegation, and regulatory verification. The Bonitasoft solution delivered improved team productivity and performance, optimized customer processing for higher satisfaction, and provided a scalable foundation for a one-stop online services portal serving CAFAT’s 260,000 beneficiaries.
