Single Portal with Multiple Complex forms Created to Centralize 30 Different Agriculture Related E-Services

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania needed a single access point to serve customers of multiple agricultural institutions, allowing one account to reach many services, minimizing manual data entry and pulling information from 30+ third‑party systems. Working with Bonitasoft and using Bonita BPM, the project aimed to let institutions create their own e‑services even with limited programming skills while supporting complex process start conditions and service‑oriented architecture.

Bonitasoft implemented a unified portal built on Bonita BPM that centralizes roughly 30 agriculture‑related e‑services, integrates with over 30 back‑end systems to reduce manual entry, and provides notifications, communication and data exchange with backend solutions. The Bonitasoft solution supports unique, complex processes and is designed to handle more than 650,000 e‑service requests per year, enabling streamlined submissions and simplified administration for the Ministry and its agencies.
