Manitou, a global manufacturer of material handling equipment, chose Bonitasoft’s Bonita platform to digitize its long, multi-stakeholder expense authorization process. The key challenge was replacing a complex, paper-based workflow with a solution that improved traceability, standardized roles and complied with delegation procedures while overcoming user resistance to change.

Bonitasoft implemented an automated Bonita workflow for investment and expense approvals, eliminating paper exchanges, clarifying actor roles and delivering end-to-end traceability. The project produced measurable productivity and quality gains, positive user feedback, and has enabled Manitou’s IT team to roll out additional digital processes — success Manitou attributes in part to training, an agile approach and the support of the Bonitasoft Customer Success Team.
