MAIF chooses Bonita as the foundational tool for managing its enterprise processes

MAIF, the sixth largest auto insurer in France and provider to over 3 million members, needed a reliable way to manage Solvency II regulatory reporting that involved more than 100,000 data sets a year and about 850 distinct tasks. To streamline monitoring, ensure end-to-end auditable data quality, and reduce error risk across complex data treatments, MAIF selected Bonita (from Bonitasoft) as the foundational process management tool.

Bonitasoft implemented the Bonita platform—integrated with MAIF’s databases and internal tools, enhanced UX and reusable form “superfragments,” and supported development via partner CGI—putting the solution into production in April 2017. Bonitasoft’s Bonita now orchestrates the quarterly and annual reporting sequences (about 7,000 data sets per quarter, ~80 users, 850 tasks), automating data flows, improving traceability and deadline compliance, and delivering secured processes, better data lifecycle control, and higher business satisfaction; MAIF has since migrated five Note databases into Bonita and centralized Bonita activities under a single team.
