Global Hitss, a digital transformation and IT services company in the América Móvil group, struggled with bottlenecks and unclear document review status across internal processes. To address delays, improve efficiency, and strengthen communication between teams, Global Hitss turned to Bonitasoft and its Bonita platform to automate key workflows.

Bonitasoft implemented Bonita to streamline processes such as vacation requests, contract management, absence control, vendor onboarding, employment certificate self-service, messaging, and change control. The results were strong: Global Hitss generated reports and indicators for ISO27001 and ISO9002, improved performance measurement across areas, and executed more than 20,000 processes in 2022 plus 15,000 more by June 2023, putting it on track toward its goal of handling 35,000 processes per year.
