Coreso, which coordinates secure operations of the high-voltage electricity system covering over 40% of the EU population, faced a “patchwork” of individual tools and 20+ custom scripts that made producing timely, accurate energy monitoring and prediction reports slow, error-prone and hard to maintain. To modernize reporting and data quality controls, Coreso worked with Bonitasoft (using the Lighthouse platform built on Bonita BPM in collaboration with Aprico) to address the fragmented processes and lack of standardized data handling.

Bonitasoft helped map and standardize Coreso’s processes, and Aprico transformed diverse data formats into a single meta-model reference while deploying the Lighthouse platform on Bonita BPM. The result is a consolidated workflow that replaces many manual report builds and more than 20 bespoke scripts, improves data quality controls, and enables engineers to find, correct and immediately re-run calculations—improving reliability for 24/7 operations and reducing the risk of market-impacting errors.
