BNI Madagascar, a leading financial institution in Madagascar, wanted to accelerate digital transformation while improving operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Bonitasoft implemented an on-premise Bonita Business Process Management solution to automate end-to-end banking workflows with features such as multi-device forms, real-time monitoring, LDAP-based authentication, role-based access control, audit trails, and APIs/connectors for integration. The result was reduced manual processing and errors, improved transparency and regulatory compliance, faster issue detection through live performance tracking, and greater agility and scalability for future growth.
