Banco Bica, a regional bank in Argentina serving SMEs and individuals, needed to differentiate itself by improving customer attention and quickly automate processes exposed by a financial crisis. To do this it chose Bonita by Bonitasoft (with implementation support from partner Eureka Inteligencia para Negocios) to standardize and digitize workflows across the organization.

Bonitasoft implemented the Bonita BPM platform and more than twenty automated processes—from simple message notifications to complex, multi‑level approval flows—providing real‑time alerts, status visibility and mobile authorizations. The solution made processes more agile and secure, improved deadline adherence and monitoring, enabled many approvals via cellphone, and automatically updated the bank’s central systems, saving employee time and improving operational efficiency.
