Multiasistencia, a Spanish multinational that manages and repairs insurance and utility claims and provides value‑added loyalty services, faced limited visibility into its business processes and siloed services that made it hard to coordinate product development or deliver customized user experiences for different insurers. To address this, Multiasistencia partnered with Bonitasoft and deployed the Bonita platform as part of a digital transformation initiative to make processes visible, adaptable and easier to govern.
Using Bonitasoft’s Bonita solution, Multiasistencia digitized and orchestrated previously isolated services into end‑to‑end processes, enabling faster, code‑light product creation and the ability to tailor unique interfaces and workflows for individual clients. As a result — and per Multiasistencia’s outcomes — processes are now transparent to business teams, products can be developed more quickly without relying on internal coding, and the company has moved from isolated value‑added services to more complex, continuous business processes, opening new strategic avenues.
