Case Study: Universcience achieves paperless process transformation with Bonitasoft

Bonita supports the Cité des Sciences in its digital transformation

Universcience, the public industrial and commercial establishment behind the Cité des Sciences et de l’industrie and the Palais de la Découverte, needed to go paperless across more than 300 forms used in areas like HR and purchasing. To support its digital transformation, the organization chose Bonitasoft and its Bonita platform, including Bonita 7.

Bonitasoft helped Universcience analyze and map its processes, validate the approach with a proof of concept, and launch a user-friendly portal in just two months using Living Applications. The first release delivered four paperless requests, and the organization has since reached 20 processes in production, handling 10,000 to 20,000 instances per year and more than 1,000 active processes per day, with strong gains in traceability and compliance.
