Bonita Cloud platform offers agility to industrialize business process development and deployment

Icade, a French real estate development and management company, faced a complex IT landscape of satellite applications and multiple ERPs and needed to industrialise process modelling, automate cross-application workflows, and improve the understanding and dissemination of internal procedures. To build an agile development factory and transform its IT architecture, Icade selected Bonitasoft’s Bonita Cloud platform (the Bonita platform) after an RFP and demonstration.

Bonitasoft, together with integrator RS2i and a small internal project team, implemented the Bonita Cloud solution to automate four initial property processes (site engagement validations, supplier “Know Your Supplier” evaluation, order validation, and site closures) and to simplify deployment/production management. The implementation enabled orchestration across applications, established a common toolset to accelerate automation and procedure adoption, and delivered measurable progress by industrialising process modelling and driving productivity gains, with plans to extend Bonitasoft’s solution to property development and HR.
