Case Study: Dorel Juvenile Group achieves faster time-to-market with Bonitasoft

A Bonitasoft Case Study

Preview of the Dorel Juvenile Group Case Study

Bonita BPM streamlines and optimizes the endto-end creation of new products, from initial decision until it is put on the shelf

Dorel Juvenile Group, a global leader in children’s products with 11,500 employees, faced slow, error-prone product launch processes that required up to thirty people across R&D, production, finance, marketing, QA and logistics and were managed through unstructured Excel files, emails and disparate messaging. To address these challenges Dorel partnered with Bonitasoft and deployed the Bonita BPM platform to streamline and standardize end-to-end product creation workflows.

Bonitasoft implemented Bonita BPM across Dorel Juvenile Europe, replacing ad-hoc exchanges with automated workflows and dashboards that reveal bottlenecks and process times, improve decision making, and reduce data-entry errors and transmission delays. The rollout increased efficiency and productivity, accelerated time-to-market, and enabled rapid deployment of new processes (for example a purchasing e-request for up to 300 users and an upcoming travel request process), demonstrating measurable operational improvement under Bonitasoft.
