Better E-Government with Digital Transformation

The National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) in Panama, responsible for modernizing public management and promoting ICT across government, needed to move government procedures online and replace its aging platform. They chose Bonitasoft’s Bonita BPM/workflow solution to gain greater flexibility in configuring procedures, tighter process control and easier modification, and to deliver BPM services nationwide.

Using Bonita, the “Panama Online” project enabled faster design and piloting of online services, improved testing and quality during pilot phases, and increased agility in creating and updating procedures. Bonitasoft’s solution has already simplified citizen access to government services and positioned AIG to scale BPM across the country—outcomes that have convinced project leaders they made the right choice of product and partner.
