Better compliance and customer service in financial investments management with the Bonita platform

Gottex Brokers Alternative, a financial services firm acting as an intermediary in the secondary market for hedge funds and private equity shares, needed to replace error-prone spreadsheets and tighten audit trails and management approvals to meet specialized compliance rules. To address this, Gottex Brokers Alternative selected Bonitasoft’s Bonita platform (using Bonita Studio and the Bonita Portal) with implementation support and coaching from integration partner AiM to rapidly build process-driven applications.

Using Bonitasoft’s Bonita, Gottex implemented a main process with multiple subprocesses—built in roughly 240 hours over six months—then continued development autonomously (nine releases to version 1.4.2). Today about 100 live cases are handled by 10 end users over multi-month lifecycles, with real-time trade updates, eliminated spreadsheets, reduced manual work and errors, and technology-enforced audit trails and approvals that meet accounting and regulatory requirements.
