Credit Agricole, a leading French cooperative banking group, faced fragmented, point-to-point loan processing that hindered smooth information flow between services. To modernize and streamline personal and professional loan requests, the bank engaged Bonitasoft and adopted its Bonita BPM platform.

Bonitasoft implemented Bonita to centralize and automate loan workflows for Crédit Agricole de Bretagne; all loan requests are now processed through Bonita, improving processing time by the equivalent of about 2 FTEs and resulting in better customer service. Bonitasoft is also supporting a new investments-management application and plans to roll Bonita out to most entities within two years.
