Voo Nethys, the telecom arm of the Nethys group serving nearly one million customers, was launching a mobile offering and needed to improve and unify a complex subscription process to support roughly 200 new mobile customers per day. To ensure consistent, multi‑channel customer experiences and to detect malfunctions and bottlenecks quickly, Voo Nethys engaged Bonitasoft and its Bonita BPM solution and Professional Services.
Bonitasoft deployed Bonita BPM workflows to automate subscriber qualification, automated emails and voicemail handling, SIM activation, Belgian phone registry recording, billing links and later equipment replacement processes. The solution simplified Voo Nethys’s IT architecture, enabled KPI-driven monitoring and proactive fault detection, supported hundreds of daily activations, and delivered measurable savings — several tens of thousands of euros per month from automated equipment delivery/return.
