Hearst Media Services, a provider of turn-key digital marketing campaigns, faced labor-intensive, spreadsheet-and-paper workflows for complex digital solutions orders and product management. They needed to distribute tasks correctly, reduce manual errors, get real-time order status, improve turnaround times, and integrate Salesforce, internal product systems and SSO — and chose Bonitasoft’s Bonita platform (upgraded to Bonita version 7) to address these challenges.
Bonitasoft implemented automated, end-to-end workflows on the Bonita platform (initially for Automated Marketing and E-mail Marketing, with a roadmap to 15 products) and upgraded 80 processes in about two weeks. As a result, Hearst Media Services achieved higher efficiency with fewer resources, reduced manual errors and audits, automated task routing, smoother and trackable work flows, and improved quality control.
