BMLaurus helped a national procurement institution in Ecuador automate and monitor its core administrative and procurement processes with Bonitasoft’s Bonita BPM platform. The organization needed a way to manage large volumes of documentation, approvals, complaints, inspections, audits, and employee travel more efficiently, while reducing paperwork and speeding responses to contractors and other stakeholders.

Using Bonitasoft, BMLaurus deployed 10 processes, starting with six administrative workflows in six months and later adding four more business processes in four months. The solution connected to ERP and other databases through custom and out-of-the-box connectors, enabled digital signatures and online approvals, and reduced manual work for HR and administration—helping staff become more productive and cutting the amount of paper used across roughly 300 employees.
