Marriott used Bonfyre’s community platform at its 800-person biennial leadership conference to improve engagement across sales, marketing, revenue, and event management leaders. The company also wanted to build camaraderie among attendees and increase interaction with sponsors at the event.
Using Bonfyre’s puzzle feature and random prize incentives, Marriott guided attendees to 16 stations tied to the conference’s “Fearless” theme and to 25 vendor and exhibitor locations. The effort attracted 288 attendees, more than 40 percent completed the puzzle, and the puzzle feature drove 1,264 unique exhibitor booth visits, exceeding Marriott’s expectations.
