Commerce Bank worked with Bonfyre to support its 150th anniversary celebration and broader employee engagement goals. The bank wanted to make key information more accessible, encourage employees to share their voices, and build a stronger sense of community across a large workforce.

Bonfyre helped Commerce Bank create “phygital” engagement campaigns that combined physical materials with digital participation, including the “green tubes of fun” anniversary activity and the “Pass the Mic” recognition program. In the most recent engagement cycle, 73% of invited employees participated in the Bonfyre community, 57% engaged by posting or liking content, more than 6,800 chats, photos, and videos were shared, more than 22,000 likes were given, and 30% of activity happened outside the typical 9-5 work day.
