Bonfire Labs partnered with Livongo to reimagine, develop, and launch its brand. The challenge was to evolve the brand effectively without the lengthy timelines and often impractical results typical of traditional agency approaches.

Using its Rapid Brand Prototyping (RBP) service, Bonfire Labs conducted a collaborative exercise to quickly develop a brand strategy, design, and campaign toolkit. This lean approach provided Livongo with a workable set of guidelines to immediately start solving problems and pushing out content. Shortly after this exercise was completed, Livongo was acquired.
