Electrolux implements 5,500 digital guide pages with Bombayworks

Electrolux sought to increase its digital presence and simplify product ownership for its customers by moving away from traditional, less user-friendly instruction manuals. The vendor, Bombayworks, was engaged to help realize this ambition through the Electrolux for Owners digital venture, using the Optimizely Headless CMS.

Bombayworks implemented a robust solution, structuring and launching nearly 140 digital user guides in about 20 languages. The team managed the complex translation process and extensive setup, creating approximately 5,500 individual pages. The solution had an immediate positive measurable impact, increasing product registrations and proving highly successful with users. Bombayworks continues to support ongoing updates and new feature rollouts for the platform.
