Badgley Mischka, the luxury eveningwear and accessories brand, faced steep online sales declines in 2020 and significant checkout drop-off caused by lengthy customer intake forms. To address this, they partnered with Bolt and adopted Bolt’s streamlined checkout tools, including Bolt Accounts and access to the Bolt Network, to reduce friction and recover conversions.
Bolt implemented one-click account creation and a frictionless checkout across the Bolt Network, unlocking cross-network shoppers and saved payment details. The results were immediate and measurable: shoppers in the Bolt Network converted at 80%, average order value was 15% higher in Q4, 44% of transactions came from Bolt Accounts, and 4% of December transactions were from new cross-network shoppers—delivering double-digit gains in conversion and AOV.
