FWRD, the luxury direct-to-consumer sister site of REVOLVE, wanted a platform-agnostic checkout solution that could work with its existing payment processor while preserving its brand experience and improving customer recognition. To address this challenge, FWRD partnered with Bolt and used Bolt’s flagship checkout product to streamline the checkout process and support growth.

Bolt integrated directly into FWRD’s existing ecommerce stack and enabled login/account creation at checkout, helping deliver a smoother shopping experience. In an A/B test on mobile U.S. shoppers, Bolt drove a 9.92% conversion lift, validating a 10% uplift and showing meaningful performance gains for FWRD.
