Bolt implemented Bolt Accounts and a streamlined checkout overlay that lets shoppers save payment details once and use a single account across ABG’s network, while integrating with ABG’s existing commerce stack (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and fraud tools. The Bolt solution readied Forever 21 for peak seasons, enabled a consistent mobile-first experience for ABG’s more than 50 million shoppers, reduced checkout friction and set the stage for cross-brand initiatives like a planned loyalty program—demonstrating Bolt’s ability to deliver faster, more seamless checkout across the ABG portfolio.
