Futwork partnered with Bolna to address a challenge for one of India's largest digital payments companies. The task was to educate and onboard a massive number of merchants onto a new feature, which required having consistent, detailed conversations about fees and policies. Doing this solely with human agents would have overwhelmed their call centers.
The solution was deploying Bolna's Voice AI agents to proactively call merchants. These AI agents handled the majority of queries, providing structured information and seamlessly escalating complex issues to human agents with full context. This approach resulted in Futwork's client handling 9000 calls daily with 200 concurrent conversations and achieving an 80% reduction in required human effort.
