Asian Development Bank hosts a 4-week virtual youth symposium with Boldr

The Asian Development Bank faced the challenge of migrating its flagship Asia Pacific Youth Symposium to a fully virtual format for the first time. They needed an agile and technically capable vendor to manage the complex back-end components of the event. They partnered with Boldr to outsource the event management for this initiative.

Boldr implemented a flexible, custom-built virtual event solution, handling everything from platform selection and security to creating materials and managing invitations. This allowed the ADB team to focus on content and the participant experience. As a result, Boldr successfully supported a seamless event for over 1,000 youth attendees from 51 countries, enabling the symposium's goal of fostering economic resilience among young people.
