Delivering Best Practice With Data Classification For Allianz Greece

Allianz Greece, a division of the Allianz Group, sought to adopt industry best practice by placing data classification at the core of its data protection efforts. The primary challenge was to find a solution that could classify documents in both English and Greek to comply with EU data protection regulations and internal Group standards. They turned to vendor Boldon James and selected their Classifier product to meet this need.

Boldon James implemented its Classifier solution, which was easily configured for dual-language support in English and Greek. Following a successful pilot and rollout, the solution made users more data-aware and ensured full compliance with Group standards. Users found the system easy to use, and it fostered a more security-conscious culture within the organization. Allianz Greece is now exploring further department-specific classification and reporting tools from Boldon James.
