Dairy Queen partnered with Boingnet (via agency partner DMC) to rapidly build local customer email lists and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Blizzard® treat. Facing limited time and budget for corporate IT development, Dairy Queen needed a simple, multi‑channel solution to capture emails and drive in‑store traffic across thousands of franchise locations.

Using Boingnet’s platform—personalized pURLs, microsites and postcard fulfillment managed by DMC—the campaign was built and run in three weeks without IT support. Boingnet’s approach produced a 19.28% response rate to postcards, 44.56% of responders completed the coupon form, and stores saw an average of 450 new sales per location; similar non‑Boingnet postcard campaigns had averaged about 2% response. Boingnet helped Dairy Queen rapidly grow local email lists, increase sales and boost Blizzard® brand loyalty.
