The North Face Endurance Challenge, a multi-location trail running series with thousands of participants across events like 5K to 50M races, needed a simple way to capture on-site participant feedback and testimonials. To solve this, The North Face Endurance Challenge turned to Boast and used the Boast mobile app to collect video and photo feedback directly from runners at their events.

Using the Boast mobile app at the Mountain Athletics tent, Boast helped capture runner testimonials and incentivized participation with discounts on next year’s races; organizers saw those discounts redeemed as soon as 2015 registration opened. Boast’s solution not only kickstarted next-year sales but also deepened engagement with participants and provided insights to better tailor future events.
