A BoardPaq Case Study
Arch Grants, a Missouri not-for-profit that awards $50,000 grants to startups, runs a 10-member board that meets 10 times per year and typically handles 25–40 pages of documents per meeting. With a small office and no administrative support, Arch Grants struggled to prepare high-level board members and manage heavy meeting materials, so they turned to BoardPaq’s board management solution.
Arch Grants implemented BoardPaq in February 2015, set up their Admin Center with minimal vendor support, and trained the board within one week. By moving meeting packets to BoardPaq, staff and volunteers receive real-time updates, office efficiency rose noticeably, paper use declined, and coordination of meeting materials and volunteers became more efficient and effective—while still allowing members to print packets if preferred.
