IBS Software, a global provider of next-generation IT solutions for the Travel, Transportation & Logistics industry, faced inefficient board processes that relied on emails and manual document records. To establish a secure, one-stop virtual boardroom and improve pre-, during- and post-meeting governance, IBS Software evaluated and selected BoardPAC’s board meeting automation solution (integrated in 2019).

BoardPAC delivered a cross-device virtual boardroom that gave directors easy access to agenda and meeting documents, enforced confidentiality and version control, and reduced paper usage. As a result of BoardPAC’s implementation, IBS Software’s secretariat now manages meetings seamlessly, saves time searching for documents, benefits from restricted document access and prompt vendor support, and has achieved regulated, minimum paper utilisation.
