Verder International BV is a global group of technical production and trading companies supplying pumps, processing equipment and industrial tooling across multiple sectors. With more than 50 legal entities and three divisions, Verder needed accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting for its growth plans but was relying on manual, Excel-based consolidation from multiple ERPs—a labor-intensive, error-prone process that produced inconsistent “versions of the truth.”

Verder implemented Board with a specialist partner to automate consolidation and create a central management information system that retains links to source ERPs while letting local entities keep their own systems. The solution enforces group-level authorization, lets controllers build reports without programming, and supports forecasting. Results include faster, current and reliable monthly reports, automated error-flagging, a reduction from three people taking seven hours to one person under an hour, streamlined audits, and a platform ready for future SaaS and data-warehouse initiatives.
