The Movember Foundation is a global charity active in 21 countries that has raised over $1.06 billion to fund men’s health projects. As the organization grew, its finance team struggled with complex, manual consolidation and reporting processes—relying on hundreds of Excel worksheets across multiple currencies and legal entities—which became slow, error-prone, and hard to manage.

Movember implemented the Board decision-making platform, integrating it with NetSuite and adding budgeting, forecasting, version control and an FX conversion tool. The result was faster, more accurate financial consolidation and reporting, a single “source of truth” with real-time visibility, significant time savings on budgeting, and positive feedback from finance managers, with plans to extend use to senior leaders and HR integration.
