Sweaty Betty, a global activewear and lifestyle brand for women, wanted to transform its planning processes by moving away from manual spreadsheets to Intelligent Planning. The retailer prioritized merchandise planning, especially weekly sales, stock, and intake (WSSI) and line planning, to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Board implemented its platform to automate these planning workflows and later expanded it to support pricing methodology changes, stock planning, and markdown spend analysis. As a result, Sweaty Betty improved efficiency and forecasting accuracy, and Board became an integral part of its daily data-driven operations.
