Baptcare is a major not-for-profit provider of aged care, housing and community services across Victoria and Tasmania, operating more than 70 programs and relying heavily on government funding. The new system sped up planning, restored user confidence by enabling drill-down transparency, and set the organisation up for self-service reporting, CRM/payroll integrations and rolling forecasts to improve accuracy and reduce effort.
