StarKist, a U.S. seafood and chicken company, was struggling to manage supply, demand, and financial planning across spreadsheets, SAP-based production data, and hundreds of accounts and SKUs. The manual process was slow, error-prone, and made it hard for StarKist to get real-time visibility or analyze forecast changes, new products, and discontinued SKUs.
