KOS Group is a leading Italian healthcare provider and the country’s top private nursing‑home operator, running hundreds of facilities and serving thousands of patients. Growth by acquisition left KOS with fragmented, Excel‑based reporting and disparate systems across sites, which hindered timely, reliable budgeting, planning, forecasting and continuous benchmarking.

KOS implemented the Board decision‑making platform (with Board Italia and Bios Management) to unify BI, planning and predictive analytics into a single, code‑free environment. The solution standardized reporting logic, scaled from 10 to ~130 users, enabled end‑to‑end budgets, multi‑scenario simulations and a Balanced Scorecard, and delivered faster, more accurate reporting, clearer performance visibility and better-informed decisions that improved operational efficiency and service quality.
