Evans & Partners is a premier Australian investment firm serving private clients, philanthropies and institutional investors. As the business grew and merged into the Evans Dixon Group, its legacy accounting and budgeting systems could no longer support the level of analytics, flexible reporting or budgeting the finance team needed.

To address this, Evans & Partners implemented BOARD (alongside SAP Business One) in two stages—first for reporting and analytics, then for budgeting with implementation support from LightARC. The new setup delivers faster, higher-quality reports, greater flexibility to analyse trends and periods, and a more efficient annual budgeting process that can evolve into rolling quarterly forecasts, all achieved with the existing finance team.
