Betty Barclay, the international family-owned fashion group behind 12 brands, needed a better way to manage merchandise planning across its labels, markets, and channels. Using Board, the company wanted to replace isolated planning tools and hundreds of complex Excel spreadsheets with a unified approach to merchandise financial planning and order planning.
Board implemented an integrated Intelligent Planning Platform that connects product management and point-of-sale data, unifying planning for all brands, including wholesale. The result was faster data loading and analysis, more user-friendly planning, programming-free creation of new planning applications, and the replacement of multiple planning solutions and more than 600 Excel spreadsheets.
