They deployed the Board platform—branded externally as BLM Insight and internally as BLM Drive—to integrate case management and finance data into interactive, write-back dashboards. The result is real-time snapshot views on desktops that speed decision-making, improve customer service, make operations leaner, and cut preparatory reporting time (for example, a one-to-one prep that used to take ~2 hours now takes about 1 hour).
