The Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (AICUP) needed an association-wide board portal to replace paper-based governance across its 90 member schools. After finding a patchwork of insecure, homegrown and site-based solutions, AICUP selected BoardEffect’s board portal as a secure, user-friendly eGovernance platform that could be adopted by non-IT staff.

The solution cut printing and staff time, reduced IT support needs, simplified onboarding and access to board materials, and delivered measurable cost and workflow improvements for member institutions.
