City of Worland faced growing, paper-heavy council packets that made it hard for members to find documents, caused late-night agenda assembly, and wasted resources. To address this, the City of Worland subscribed to BoardDocs LT in 2016 to move meetings and packet distribution to a cloud-based, paperless system.

BoardDocs provided searchable, anytime access to agendas, supporting documents and historical records on devices and to the public, while streamlining agenda edits and minute creation. Using BoardDocs, the city cut agenda-creation time in half, reduced paper and toner costs, handled same-day agenda changes easily, lowered public information phone calls, and improved security and transparency.
